Refunds will be considered only under the following conditions:
The product is damaged, defective, expired, or wrongly delivered.
The issue is reported within 48 hours of receiving the product.
The product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
A valid invoice and proof of purchase is provided.
We do not offer refunds under the following circumstances:
Change of mind or personal dislike after delivery
Opened or partially used products
Products returned after 48 hours of delivery
Products damaged due to customer mishandling

Share order details, product photo, and a brief description of the issue.
Once approved, a refund or replacement will be processed within 7–10 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original mode of payment.
In most cases, return shipping costs will be covered by Avystar for damaged/wrong items.
For other eligible returns, the customer may be required to handle the return logistics.
Avystar Pharma reserves the right to refuse refunds if return conditions are not met.
